Promised Land Revival is a groove-heavy rock and roll outfit blending blues, R&B, bluegrass, and improvisation with the raw soul of the late ’60s and early ’70s. Hailing from Bucks County, PA, the band draws on deep roots and deeper brotherhood to deliver high-energy live shows packed with original songs and timeless covers.

Formed in the early 2000s by Harry “The Nasty Shepherd” Giordano and Karl “Jawbone” Ackermann, PLR grew into a powerful lineup including Thomas “The Viking” Giordano, Ryan “The Pirate” Killough, and Matthew “The Bear” Reinbold. Following the loss of two founding members, the Revival carried on with new energy, welcoming Patrick “The Wanderer” Soriero on guitar, and Grant “The Compass” Morrison on percussion.

With roots in loss, love, and groove, PLR isn’t just a band — it’s a living legacy.
